Summary
Core tools (PDF, photo, ZIP, Excel) store files only on your device. The optional Photos → QR/Bar feature uses private cloud storage as described below.
How to Delete Your Files
1. Local files (History): Open History in the app, delete an individual file or use “Clear history” to remove all — this includes Geo Photo sheets, .sf bundles, and JSON files. You can also uninstall ScanFlu or delete files via your device’s Files app. Revoking location permission stops future Geo captures; already-shared files must be deleted by their recipients.
2. Cloud photo shares (Photos → QR/Bar): Photos and the gallery page are auto-deleted after 28 days via Google Cloud Storage lifecycle (then 410 Gone). No action needed. The small Firestore audit record (uid, created_at, expires_at, image_count) persists for abuse-tracing. To delete that record early, email chenchuenay@qagenies.com with the share link or token — we delete photo_shares/{shareId} within 7 days and confirm.
No Other Server Data
We do not operate accounts for core tools and do not store your PDFs/ZIPs/Excel on any server. Only the optional photo-share described above touches our servers.
